“You can put that man in a suit, but he’ll never be tame.”

One look at Jericho Forge and I knew the rumors were true. He was a predator, and he had set his sights on me.

I knew better than to bet more than I could afford to lose that night. I knew better than to bet myself. But desperation leads to bad decisions, and I thought there was no way I could lose. I was wrong.

Now I have no choice but to make a deal with the devil.

I now understand why readers adore Meghan March. She writes captivating contemporary romance wonderfully; her heroes are dark, dangerous and enigmatic; and her heroines are sassy, witty and intelligent. Deal with the Devil, from untold secrets, unpredictable events and abrupt turns, will have your entire, undivided attention.

“What do you want?”
“From you? For $10 million? You should already know the answer to that. Every-fucking-thing.”

I love a good anti-hero—there’s something exciting and addicting about a ruthless, domineering man who will have this inevitable, unexplainable hold over your psyche. Jericho Forge is this and more; a mysterious man fuelled by vengeance and driven by justice. He’ll lure you into this glamorous world of money and power; pull you toward his magnetism and undeniable sexual prowess.

He’s a marauder, plundering just like the pirate I thought he was the first time I saw him. He takes without permission or apology. And I love it.

We don’t just have a devious, intimidating anti-hero—India Baptise is feisty, sassy and strong-willed; a heroine with an equally bold, strong personality and charisma that rivals Jericho’s. Despite being desperate and needing to achieve a seeming impossible goal, her fierce boldness and determination doesn’t waver whatsoever.

She’s not just a means to an end anymore. She’s mine. And I take care of my own.

Meghan March set the tone and pace for this titillating trilogy with Deal with the Devil. She tantalises readers with mind-blowing, unexpected turns, gripping suspense and twisted secrecy surrounding Jericho. I can’t find fault in Jericho and India’s explosive, heated chemistry, or with where this gripping narrative is heading.

Prepare yourself—you’ll be reeled in towards this intoxicating and maddening ride that is Jericho Forge.
